About Body Sculpting

At Rebalance, our Body Sculpting treatments are designed to help you achieve a more defined, contoured physique without the need for invasive procedures. Utilising cutting-edge technology, our treatments target stubborn fat deposits and enhance your body’s natural shape.

What is Body Sculpting?

Body Sculpting is a non-invasive procedure that uses advanced technologies such as ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency, and cryolipolysis to break down and reduce unwanted fat cells. These methods are specifically targeted to areas resistant to diet and exercise, helping you achieve a slimmer and more toned appearance.

How It Works

Ultrasound body contouring is an effective way to target stubborn fat areas that are resistant to diet and exercise, helping clients achieve a more sculpted and toned body.

  • Targeting Fat Cells
Ultrasound body contouring employs high-frequency sound waves that are targeted at specific areas of the body where fat deposits are present. These sound waves penetrate the skin, reaching the underlying fat cells without affecting the surrounding tissues.
  • Breaking Down Fat Cells
The ultrasound waves create rapid vibrations in the fat cells, causing them to break apart. This process is known as cavitation. The membranes of the fat cells are disrupted, leading to the release of their contents (triglycerides) into the surrounding tissue.
  • Fat Disposal
Once the fat cells are broken down, the body’s natural processes begin to work. The lymphatic system absorbs the released fat, which is then processed by the liver and eventually excreted from the body as waste.
  • Gradual Results
The body takes time to process and eliminate the fat, so the results are not immediate but become more noticeable over a few weeks. Typically, clients may start to see changes after a few sessions, with optimal results often requiring 5-10 treatments.
  • Non-Invasive Procedure
The procedure is non-invasive, meaning no surgery, incisions, or anaesthesia are required. Clients can resume their daily activities immediately after the treatment.
